A S.O.U.L. Story of Transformation

After leaving a physically abusive alcoholic husband, a woman and her three children needed help. She could not receive mandatory child support because she was married in the Muslim tradition which is not considered legal in the United States. Her husband refused to give any financial help. She found a temporary location to live and is in a safe environment for her kids. S.O.U.L. has provided her with furniture, clothes, food, holiday gifts, household goods and assistance in locating a job and car. One of our business contributors has adopted them and will be creating memorable birthdays for each of the kids this year. We are continuing to help her until she can afford a place of her own and can financially support her family.
